Fela and Fola…

Alex Folzi are the establishment of these two nigerian brothers Fela and Fola (cute names) whom have brought back a vintage and classic look in the form of briefcases and trunks. Love it! i think this would be a nice addition to my college baggage. They have informed me that they’re new limited collection “Tess” will be out July 1st. So keep updated, i’m sure the upcoming would be no disappointment.   x von

A great addition to Christopher Kane’s Spring/ Summer 2011 are these beautiful crafted laser cut leather clutches.. Another bold neon range to bring everyone on a highhhhh! Something extremely special…

The other day i came across this crazy beautiful Oriental Chinese Vase. It looked interestingly familiar to me… well, this 18th Century antique sold at a world record of 51 million pounds ($83 million), just astonishing! But anyways, it turns out that this antique was one of the “prized possessions” that Mary Katrantzou used as an inspiration towards her  exhilarating Fall 2011 collection. Another brilliant Art/Fashion creative move!   x von

Welcome to our new blog :) Now this is exciting… It is a joint-venture by my dear friend Tanya Phan and me, Yvonne Mai. We both are currently studying our third and final year of Fashion Design. It has became a wild journey, and we are almost at the end of an era. But who’s to say that’s a bad thing ;)… For all things new and exciting, we decided to share our thoughts & knowledge, ideas & inspiration and basically anything that takes our hearts desires. The world of Fashion has always been a complete element within our lives, it has always given us a spray of hope that keeps us going… a dash of air that lets us breathe and keeps a grand smile upon our faces… it has never truly let us down.
